This is one for the ‘How do they do that?’ department.
And now I’m off to make fudge. More about that tomorrow.

Magical! Will you share your fudge recipe? Oh! And if I don’t say so before Christmas…have a very joyful and peace-filled Day.

You can find the recipe I used for fudge at http://southernfood.about.com/od/fudgerecipes/r/bl30108q.htm
It’s super easy. A few hints…I do the ‘5 minute simmer’ until it’s the color of peanutbutter (kinda sorta), takes a little longer than 5 minutes. After one batch was done I sprinkled sea salt over the top. It really made it pop. Oh my, very good indeed. Also, it’s better the next day, after it’s had time to set up. I left two batches ( 4 lbs) in the staff room at work. It was gone by early afternoon.
Merry Christmas to you as well. Soon, soon comes January and new beginnings. I love the fresh start the new year brings.
